The police department consists for one chief, five sergeants and eight full-time and six part-time patrol officers. Along with those, a staff of four full-time and one part-time communications officers staff the dispatch center, using 24 hour LEADS (Law Enforcement Automated Data System) run by the State of Ohio, we have the Sandusky County 9-1-1 System and two other computerized systems for records and data recording. We have the only Type II Mobile Command Post in cooperation with the Clyde Fire Department, in this area, available for any emergency any place needed.
