The City of Marshall Police Department has an authorized strength of fifteen sworn officers. All officers are certified by the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES). The Department also has four civilian dispatchers, a non-certified/civilian parking enforcement officer/fill-in dispatcher and several non-certified reserve officers.
