The mission of the Knoxville Police Department is to enforce the Ordinances of the City of Knoxville, the laws of the State of Illinois and uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and at all times doing so with integrity, common sense, compassion and sound judgment. We the members of the Knoxville Police Department constantly strive to gain the confidence of the citizens of the community, reduce their fears by the actions we take and make the citizens proud of THEIR Police Department.
